Hi Stephen, I loved listening to the episode and I thought you may be interested/willing to peruse the system of government that I invented at Epistocracy.net.
It’s devoid of a constitution and power is limited by a Bitcoin standard and a very fluid, yet difficult to manipulate, power structure.
I try to empower true leaders to follow their passions as far as they are successful in wielding power.
