Entrepreneurial Logistics in Panama
The latest issue of Kaizen [pdf] features my interview with Surse Pierpoint. 
We met in Panama City to discuss Mr. Pierpoint’s experience working in the Free Trade Zone, the Panama Canal’s history and major expansion project, and worldwide trends in transportation and logistics.
My favorite image from this issue is below, comparing Titanic to a contemporary cruise ship, Allure of the Seas. The difference a century makes.

I found old family photographs w Surge and my father when they were very young little boys in Panama….my father was Carlito Knust who ended up at Nottingham Academy after taking Calvert School lessons and then he went to UVA and later wrote a small book, Supernatural stories of the Baltimore Area
