Discussion with Jordan Peterson on August 17 — update

On August 17 at 1 p.m. Eastern, Professor Peterson will host a discussion with me on the culture wars, postmodernism and its manifestations in university politicization, the pronoun mandates, and political correctness. The discussion will be recorded and later released on social media.

And in this interview from 2016, Mark Michael Lewis and I discuss Jordan Peterson’s pronoun battles at the 36-minute mark:

  1. Hi Steve,

well well. I just signed up for Jordon’s future Authoring project, so this is not to be missed for sure. As I’m on the left coast [figuratively and literally] wondering whether this will be an online live discussion or recorded so i can watch later.

    Any info appreciated.

  2. Hi Xavier. It’ll be recorded and later released. He is host, so it will be on his schedule. But I too will announce and link. Good to hear from you, so many years later.

  3. Very good interview. I have felt like Peterson sort of had the matters of postmodernism thrust upon him… and I suspect this will help him refine his thinking.
