Sculpture name and place?

tribute

Does anyone know this flowing sculpture’s name, location, or creator? One suggestion I’ve received is that it’s from La Recoleta cemetery in Buenos Aires.

A Google search indicates that it’s the Calcagno family memorial in Genoa, Italy. Sculptor’s name is Adolfo Apolloni, it was done in 1904. And it’s at the Staglieno Cemetery.
